On January 2nd, f(x) directly uploaded their scanned autographs and notes onto their official homepage. Sulli even drew bunny ears in her message to acknowledge 2011 as being the ‘Year of the Rabbit’. However, what has caught the most attention was the absence of Amber’s autograph and message. Though puzzled over her continued absence, fans were still delighted with the sweet messages left by the group. Luna: Happy New Year everyone, and please give f(x) more love! The four members were given a mission to raise awareness of Korean culture and cuisine. During their homestay with a French family, the girls gave cooking lessons on kimchi pancakes and rice cake soup. Teams were divided into Vic-mom and Krystal (who tackled the kimchi pancakes), and Luna and Sulli for rice cake soup team. In the midst of cooking, Luna suggested, “Since it’s boring just cooking like this, how about we make it a battle? Our homestay family can be the judges of our food. The team that loses has to dance in front of the Eiffel Tower! How about it?” The rest of the members agreed and showed their determination in cooking the best dish possible. The dishes were then served to their homestay family’s mother and daughter, who both showed a positive reaction to Luna and Sulli’s soup, but seemed more enthusiastic about Krystal and Victoria’s pancakes. It was decided that the winner was Victoria and Krystal, leaving Luna and Sulli to carry out their end of the bet. Late at night, the team visited the Eiffel Tower and enjoyed Luna and Sulli’s comedic dance performance, despite Luna acting shy in the beginning. SBS Inkigayo is holding a 'Return to school' special stage tomorrow. In which, the 3 MCs, Sully of f(x), Jung Yong Hwa of CNblue and Jo Kwon of 2AM will be hosting dressed in uniforms. This has been gaining attention from netizens especially because this is the very first time Sully will show herself dressed in uinform on tv. They are planning to show a fresh image in this week's special for the start of second semester (in Korea). These videos are called “Visual Project X Films”, by Calvin Klein Jeans, consisting of a unique 30-second long video for each member. In particular, it has been a centre of interest because of the participation by director Yong-I and singer songwriter Yoon-Sang, star directors of the CF industry. About the shoot, Victoria said, “On stage we always did our makeup and wore clothes depending on the music concept but on this shoot we were able to show a different side of ourselves so I’m looking forward to it.” Krystal also mentioned future plans for the group, "After promotions for NU ABO the members are concentrating on solo activities. We are preparing for a new album so please look out for us.” Maybe that's why Amber's been in LA---she's working on some solo music? I don't know, just speculating. She's even taller than bandmate Victoria. Her amazing height became very noticable after an episode of Inkigayo, she was around the same height as the two male MCs for the show, 2AM's Jokwon and CNBLUE's Yonghwa. The two noticed that she was taller than usual, and stated, “You look taller today.”, which Sulli jokingly replied, “The air up here is quite nice.” Fans noticed the height difference between Sulli and Big Bang's Taeyang, as he collected his Mutizen award for I Need A Girl. The snapshot of the two side by side has been named "Taeyang's humiliation". No matter how high the heels were, no one can deny the fact that Sulli is very tall. As a way of commemorating their first day as Inkigayo MCs, the three each showcased their own little performances. Yonghwa surprised the audience with his hidden DJ-ing skills, Jo Kwon unleashed a performance overflowing with his manliness and young Sulli rocked with her sexy little dance.
